College Ministry

“The Well”
This semester we will be meeting for prayer, worship, and fellowship on Sunday evenings from 6 – 7 pm in the Worship Center at “The Well,” a place where Creekside can draw upon the resources God has provided for His work in our community.  As the students organize and host “The Well,”  we hope this will serve as an opportunity for students to connect with the rest of the church family.  Email Mitchell Cruit if you have any questions or need a ride.

To further help students get plugged into the body we encourage them to join our One Another Groups.  These groups are a place where students will be able to connect with other believers for a more intimate time of fellowship and receive encouragement from our church body. Email Mitchell Cruit for more information about joining an OAG.

Creekside Community Church is committed to glorifying the name of Jesus Christ in Gainesville by developing disciples of our Lord among college-age students and teaching them the whole council of God (Mt. 28:19-20).

To this end, Creekside College Ministry exists to build-up students within our circle of influence toward a faith that is both mature, being grounded in the Word, and living, being active in works of love and service (Eph. 4:12-16).

We seek to accomplish this by providing a church family where University of Florida and Santa Fe Community College students will be:

1. Taught the Bible in a thoughtful and thorough fashion;
2. Offered genuine discipleship, fellowship and ministry opportunities;
3. Encouraged and equipped to pursue their studies and vocations to the glory of God.
