Dear Creekside family,
For the past couple of weeks, we have been reviewing our core strategies as a church family to live out our mission to Love, Grow and Reach. If you have spent any time at Creekside, you have heard that our mission as a church is to Love God and others, to Grow in Christ and community, and to Reach our neighbors and the nations. Over the next several weeks we are going to use “The Current” to consider four main means by which we are seeking to be faithful to that call.
#1: Be a people of the Word. This is crucial for us if we are to have any hope of being faithful Christ followers since it is the Scriptures that tell us about Jesus, his ministry of word and deeds, and his command for us to do likewise (John 17:18). We talk about this in our Profile of a Maturing Believer.

This Sunday, our fall selection of Sundays at 9 courses kicks off. These courses, offered at 9 am on Sunday mornings, are designed to help us love God with our minds. As we increasingly see the world through a Christian worldview, we are able to love God and be about His mission with increasing fruitfulness.
