Our Mission
Creekside is a church devoted to teaching the Scriptures, on mission to love God and others, grow in Christ and community, and reach our neighbors and the nations.
Who we are
Creekside is a family of Jesus’ disciples. In a world disintegrated by sin, we’re finding wholeness through intimacy with Jesus. We relate to Jesus through the Bible and prayer, and we extend His love through hospitality and faithful presence in our city.
Where we've come from
On January 29, 1968, Community Evangelical Free Church (later renamed Creekside Community Church) officially incorporated as a part of the Evangelical Free Church of America in Gainesville, FL.
Where we're going
Nowhere. We know, not what you were expecting to read, but hear us out. In a world of grand visions and rapid change, we want you to know that we’re here, committed to being present for the flourishing of Gainesville.
